But it bothers me that you can get banned for discussing the status of a site, but you won't get banned for discussing marijuana and stuff.

It's annoying when you're issued a ban for a post you made any day other than the day you made the post.
Ergo it's YOUR fault everyone in the thread got banned, since you allowed Poozy to discover the thread by bumping it.
